About APT
Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) is a therapeutic clinic practice providing services for children with special needs in Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee. Founded in October 2007, by Renea Sageser, then a stay-at-home mom, APT officially opened the first clinic’s doors in January, 2008, in Shelbyville, KY. In 2008, APT had six part-time employees and today, we are over 450+ employees strong and growing. APT focuses on opening clinics in rural areas so children may receive the quality of services they need closer to their home. APT is a company founded on Christian values of faith and family.

Different Settings
APT offers multiple pediatric services to the patient and family using a team approach. We provide therapy in a variety of fun and exciting locations that are appealing to the patient and family. We also value our partnerships with other pediatric facilities, including local daycares, pediatric nursing facilities, and private and public schools in order to provide therapy within a child’s natural learning environment. As a result, our patients love to come to therapy.
