It’s time again for our Annual Fall Festival! Join us from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on October 27th for this FREE EVENT for our patients and families! The event, hosted at our NEW Louisville Main office at 11840 Commonwealth Drive, Louisville, KY 40299 is our way to say THANK YOU to our patients and families, as well as a fun way to welcome Fall! We will also celebrate the GRAND OPENING of this new location as well! The ribbon cutting will be at 4pm with the Fall Festival to follow. Patients are welcome to help with cutting the ribbon!
