We are happy to announce that Ginette, our OT Team Leader, recently completed her Level I Intensive Mentorship in Sensory Processing Disorder at the STAR Center in Denver, CO. She was trained by the esteemed Dr. Lucy Jane Miller and Dr. Sarah Schoen, leading researchers in the field of sensory processing and leaders of the fight to get SPD included in the DSM as an independent diagnosis. Ginette reports that she has been inspired and looks forward to treating her own sensational clients, as well as mentoring our team of OT’s in order to provide best practice, evidence based treatment for children experiencing sensory processing disorder.
