A. I’ve been a occupational therapists for 2 years this spring.
Q. What made you choose APT as your employer?
A. I wanted to work alongside a family centered company that employs great people and the flexible schedules are a huge plus.
Q. Why did you choose occupational therapy?
A. I wanted to help children achieve success and independence throughout their every day routine. And I want to be an advocate for children with special needs.
Q. What is the best part of being a therapist?
A. I get really excited about any moment when a parent says, “Guess what they did?!” or seeing a child smile because they didn’t need help that time. I love hearing about all the small and big successes and gains that improve a child’s and a family’s day to day.
