APT January Snowman Picture Contest

Hey Kiddos (and parents) we are starting something new at APT. It is a monthly picture contest for all the kids who come to us for therapy.    

• Get one copy of the snowman page from your therapist during the month of Jan.

• Decorate and add details to Mr. Snowman at home (or if possible with your therapist’s help)

• Return to your therapist by Jan. 25th, 2013

• Your therapist will fax, mail, or drop off to the APT main office (Marketing) to enter your picture

The January winner will receive a $5 McDonald’s or Subway gift certificate. The winner’s choice! We hope everyone enters and more importantly that everyone has fun!
